Gentle Vinyasa to open the heart, free the breath, and dissolve emotional barriers. Expect heart-opening postures, flowing backbends, and a rhythm that invites vulnerability and presence.

A ceremonial journey inward. We begin with sacred cacao to open the heart and awaken intuition, followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to reset the nervous system and guide you into a state of blissful rest.

This class balances deep passive stretches that release fascia and tension, with gentle, flowing movement to awaken energy and build subtle strength. you will Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and nourished.
